About Village Family Dental
Located at 1031 Weiss Ave, Fayetteville, NC 28305, Village Family Dental operates as a dental clinic serving Fayetteville in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Fayetteville, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across North Carolina, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ4 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Village Family Dental at (910) 486-4180; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is vfdental.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating stands at 2.7 out of 5 from 20 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fayetteville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I donβt understand why this one has 2.1 stars and not the one in Hope Mills. This facility is amazing mainly Dr Olsen I switched My daughter from Dr. Poloza To Dr. Olsen and it was the best thing I couldβve done for my child he was amazing. He gave you more information that I could ever ask for. Heβs so hands-on Everything he says heβs gonna do he does and heβs Going to do everything he can to save your childβs teeth well I know thatβs what was done for mine and Iβm so Appreciative and thankful to have found such a kind and empathetic human being In Dr. Olsen.!

Formally known as DENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! In May 2025, they tell me his appointment (which was scheduled for May 27th) had to be canceled because they don't have enough hygienists and will need to rescheduled a few months later. I called today, September 9, 2025 to find out what's going on and I'm told that he will need to go elsewhere because they now only see 10 years old and under!!!! They DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO NOTIFY ME!!! NO LETTER, NO CALL, NO TEXT....NOTHING!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! And to make matters worse, they told me that they knew about this change in JUNE 2025. My question is WHY DIDN'T ANYONE NOTIFY ME?? I was also told that the same staff, including the administrator is still working there! So why was I not notified? Did my child no longer matter to you since you weren't going to be able to see him? WHERE IS YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, MORALE ETHICS, CONCERN FOR THE PATIENT? I am waiting for a call now from the 'administrator'.

Will never go back. Took my 7 y/o for a cleaning, and x-rays were an issue for her. Which is fine. The hygienists were very kind and did their best. Yet without x-ray images even being remotely complete, the Dr recommended extracting 7 teeth and placing silver caps on several others, obviously sedation and a major surgery for a young child. Without discussion he just advised the assistant that they'd skip the cleaning today as it could just be done in the OR. Couldn't show me tangible evidence of my child needing extractions and caps. You'd think her teeth were rotting out of her head, but no, her teeth are overall fine like any normal kid although we do need to brush better to maintain. And this Dr. Just coldly handed me the treatment plan with the expectation I'd be on board and ready to move on to the next patient. Hell no!! Got a second opinion elsewhere and surprise.... No surgical intervention necessary. I was sickened and disturbed by this experience and felt very saddened for the parents that will blindly trust these people and put their young children through hell without questioning. I thought it was a decent practice, the staff were all very nice, but if you go there be
